My two top multiple intelligences are Visual-Spatial and Intrapersonal.When I was a little child ,I always enjoyed drawing pictures so I read a lot of books about how to draw well,maybe in this way I improved my Visual-Spatial.I also think too much sometimes,I may be very sensitive and think a lot about other people,I also can remember people’s behavior easily, so It’s the reason why the Intrapersonal is the highest multiple intelligence.
Today,in Career Education 10 we learned about goal setting,Ms Thompson told us our goal should be”SMART” .It details that our goal should be specific,measurable,realistic,achieveable,and have time-based achievement.Further more, goals can be divide into long-term goals and short-term goals,everyone should have their own goals so they can make a progress next time,after class I thought for a while,I hope I can do better in New Media by the end of term2,in term1 I didn’t spend enough time on this course and my assignments’ mark have a lot of space to improve.I frimly believe I can improve my marks.

Summary:
From this activity, I learned a lot of things about the career and I am going to talk about several presentations which impress me a lot.
Firstly, I will summarize the presentation that is given by Lionel’s father. I think it includes a lot of tips which is very useful for us. He told us we should have different kinds of major because the age changes in a really fast speed. For examples, half of what we learn in the first year in the university will be out-dated in the third year. It’s very unfriendly to our future, in addition to this; Robots will also take the place of people at work in the future. In conclusion, we should be multiple majors.
Secondly, I will talk about Joey’s mother’s presentation. I think her presentation has something in common with Lionel’s father’s presentation. She told us we should be an irreplaceable person. For the steps to become an irreplaceable person are hard but we should try our best. She suggested us to read more books, during your reading you can find your interests and develop ideas it will be very useful for your future. Next, never be afraid of the failure, everyone has a huge potential. Since we are young, we have a lot of time to grow and learn. Finally, stay focus on your study right now. She told us BC program is different from normal high schools in China, it will teach us many things that can help us in our future. For instance, cooperation. It’s a big part of BC study, we can practice our skills to talk with other persons and make progress together. It’s obviously that it could benefit us a lot in our future than the others in China.
Thirdly, I will talk about a presentation given by a father of my classmates, he talked about his company’s products improvement. After his presentation, an idea came up to my mind. As a leader of a company, we should always add diversity to the products. With the fast development of our society, our society is changing every day. The needs are always different with what we need several years ago. If we can’t improve ourselves, our enterprise will be out-dated just like our products. He brought some products from his company which shows us the process of the progress. In 2000, the only product in his company is mobile phone, but in 2017 the company sold many other things like routers and cameras.
My own reflection:
Firstly, I think I can get better by planning for the future as soon as possible. I used to believe that I should only focus on current life, future is too far and I don’t have to worry about it. But, I think I can start to think about it right now, so I will have more time and more opportunities to prepare for the requirements. In conclusion, self-determination is really necessary as you choose BC program. (self-determination)
Secondly, after this presentation, I can determine which focus area fits me the most. The suggestion they gave to us help us to judge which job will benefit you the most. I can get better on regulating the plans in my future and it could make me focus on the right jobs for you much more quickly than before. (self-reflection)
Thirdly, their tips just like mirrors and it could reflect the difficulties and effort they met in their previous years. I can learn from their experiences and make progress.(well-being)

Title:Imagine your life in 10 years
It’s very normal that everyone may consider about their future sometimes. Some of them might want to be scientists, writers and doctors… These jobs are really fancy and nice. I also have a blue print for my future in 10 years. And there will be a lot of changes in 10-year period, I might go back to china or staying at foreign countries. At first, I considered about to be an actuary which is very challenging. I planned to go to a university that is related to the finance and marketing. After 5-year effort, I will go back to China and work in a big company. I dreamed that I could earn a lot of money, but I don’t want to spend this money on luxuries, houses and cars. I prefer to decorate my home and stay there forever, life might be more struggling, but I like the sense of feeling that I can take control of my life. I spend the day working extremely hard and at night I would more likely to go out for fun like watching movies or eating dinner in some fantastic restaurant.
